Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Mongrel Web store.

Buying products on our website
By placing an order with the Mongrel Web store you acknowledge to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unsure of or unhappy with any aspect of the terms, then you should contact us before hand.
We must receive full payment for goods that you order before your order can be completed. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been completed via email. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between both parties.
Prices and VAT
All prices on the Mongrel Web store are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) and are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) but exclusive of delivery costs.
Please note Mongrel has no control over any customs or import duties that may be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

You can pay using all major credit or debit cards or we accept PayPal. If you prefer you can order over the telephone +44 (0) 1686 629 298 or by sending your order by post with a cheque for the correct amount plus standard postage of £3.50 to:

The price of any product is the price in force at the date and time of your order.
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You will then have the option of exchanging for a different item of the same price or a full refund.
Returns
You may return or exchange any purchased item (excluding sale items) for purchases within the UK and Worldwide. If you would like to return or exchange an item please notify us by email within 7 days of purchase date and return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt.
Please note the reason for your return or exchange and include details of items purchased, any order/transaction ID and your name and address and and contact telephone number. If you would like to exchange colour, size or style please make this clear in the email.

To return or exchange an item(s), please include the packing slip that you received with your parcel. Mongrel strongly suggests that you use a registered mail service such as Royal Mail Recorded Signed for™ so you can track the package and it will be insured if lost. Mongrel will not be held responsible for any packages returned that have not been received by us, if no tracking system was used on the package.
All items must be in new, unwashed and in unused condition, with all tags attached. Mongrel is not responsible for any item’s returned or exchanged that are not returned new, unwashed and in unworn condition. We will not accept your return or exchange of item(s) if Mongrel considers them used. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been delivered with no tags, you should notify us by email on the same day. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
Returned item(s) refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment.
In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Please note that refunds to a Paypal account can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.
Mongrel credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on the Mongrel web store. If you want to purchase from the site with your Credit Note instructions will be shown on the payment pages. Alternatively you can telephone your order through to us quoting your unique code.
Accuracy of content
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system you use. Orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on this website. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the material on this website.
Ownership of rights
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Mongrel. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Mongrel.
Jurisdiction
This website, these terms and conditions and any contract entered into as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. |
